Overnight oats

I keep getting asked for this super simple breakfast staple

Ingredients

¼ c quick oats

½ c almond or oat milk (vanilla)

1 t vanilla extract

3 T chia seeds (I prefer white)

½ c blueberries

4-5 drops liquid vanilla stevia (or 1 T maple syrup)

Pinch cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in jars, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight

  2. The next morning, add your favorite crunchy toppings such as nuts, granola, coconut flakes, etc and enjoy!
