I know this neighbourhood is special, it's the people that make it so. And every so often you need to celebrate those special individuals that make up this community.
Last weekend, when the skies decided to dump 33-35 cm of snow on us, it was the neighbours who came together to make the job of moving the snow a little easier. That's my house at the top, and that's not Joe with the snow blower. It's a neighbour who came by to help. That's just the way it is.
Thank you to everyone who chipped in throughout the neighbourhood to ensure that roads and sidewalks were cleared and safe to walk on. The next thing will be to ensure that drains are clear as all of this melts.
