When it's covid time and a birthday happens

Everyday at about 3:30 pm there's puppy parade. This weekend was extra special as one of our neighbours celebrated her birthday. Elka would normally be celebrating with dancing, maybe some champagne and definitely lots of friends. Today she got a distanced rendition of Happy Birthday, a birthday banner and cupcakes. Don't say we can celebrate during Covid.
